At C&S Designs, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies, which detail the way we operate our business. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, get in touch. We look forward to seeing you.
Our Turnaround Time is 7-15 Business days. Unless stated otherwise. This does not include holidays, weekends or scheduled vacations. Our Business hours are Monday thru Friday 8am-5:30pm EST. Shipping time is not included in our turnaround time. We ship through USPS.

No exchanges or returns are accepted on apparel, tumblers, car freshies, etc. from C&S Designs. Once your order has been placed we do not authorize cancellation of orders. Please be sure your information is correct and sure of the item you are wanting before finalizing your order. *We will accept shop credit for Jeans purchased from C&S Designs. The Customer has FIVE Business Days from the time they are received to contact us with a return of shipping or drop off in the tote. Jeans must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for shop credit.*
If your item(s) arrives damaged or inaccurate, please send us an email to csdesigns.apparel@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. C&S Designs is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping address. If package is returned the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to reship the order.
C&S Designs & Apparel is not responsible for packages once they are dropped off to USPS.
If you believe your package(s) have been lost, please contact your local USPS and file a claim. We do not refund or remake any orders lost or damaged by USPS.
